An emergency call out was received from a client unable to secure their home! A technician was sent out at once to assist and discovered that the handle of the door had completely snapped off. A customer who had used our services in the past, requested a technician come out to the premises and inspect their conservatory door. A technician was on site shortly and found that the door had siezed, in a locked position. This evening we were contacted by a customer unable to unlock their front door. A technician left right away as the customer could not gain access into her home! We found that the customers key had become stuck in the front door lock. Our technician gained swift entry into the home using techniques that are non-destructive. We received a call first thing this morning after a customer had locked herself out of her house whilst getting ready to leave for work.
