The customer called Lockforce Locksmith Didcot who responded at a time agreed with the customer. The Didcot locksmith opened the window and found that the mechanism had completely failed. A temporary lock was fitted while the replacement mechanism was ordered. The Locksmith returned to the Didcot home the following day and fitted the new lock.
