Lockforce Locksmiths St Helens had a call from a letting agents who had lost the keys for dry rise cupboard (Fire hydrant box). We attended site and was able to gain entry and replace the lock with 3 x new keys so they could gain entry incase of emergencies.
New slam lock for van in St Helens, WA9 - 25th April 2022
Lockforce Locksmiths St Helens were called out to help a local electrical company St Helens. The company had recently purchased a new van with slam locks on the side door however the previous owner had lost the keys to the slam lock. We were able to gain entry without damaging the van and replace the slam lock with 3 new keys.

We had managed to repair it previously, but could not guarantee how long with would last as it was only an interim measure. 10 months later she called us back and said the mechanism was playing up and wanted it replacing this time with a brand new mechanism. Failed Fire Escape Handle - WA9, Parr, St Helens, 17th January 2020
Job: Landlord attempted to drill his own lock and his drill slipped causing damage to the cylinder. Solution: Lockforce Locksmiths St Helens were able to remove the damaged euro cylinder and replace it with a new anti snap cylinder with 5 keys.

Lockforce Locksmiths St Helens received a call from a factory owner. Their main fire escape handle was playing up since Christmas and had now completely failed. We were able to attend and replace the faulty handle casing and supply the company with a new lock keeping the building safe.

A customer had returned to his apartment but was unable to open the door even with the key. Lockforce Locksmiths St. Helens were called to the property and gained access to the apartment without causing any damage to the door. I fixed the door mechanism without having to replace it which resulted in a significant cost saving for the customer.
Customer attempted to change his own lock – April 2019
Lockforce Locksmiths St. Helens attended this job within thirty minutes of the customer’s call. The customer had tried to drill the lock in an attempt to change it after seeing this carried out on a television programme. This resulted in the door locking and the customer being unable to open it. I resolved the problem by opening the door, removing the old lock that had been damaged and fitting a new anti-snap lock.

He told me he had seen it done on a video on line and that it had looked easy. As a result of this the customer's door had locked and he was unable to open it. I managed to open the door, remove the old lock that had been damaged and fit a new anti-snap lock.
