New Ultion locks for home in Warrington, WA2 - 28th February 2022

A customer enquired through the website asking about ultion 3 star cylinders. He wanted 3 cylinders. and 1 in polished brass for his front door. I was able to order this for the following day and fit 2 cylinders to his rear doors on the first visit to the rear doors. The customer was also worried about previous tradesmen not leaving invoices and taking cash. We were able to send him an invoice while on site and allowed him to pay by card.

House Burglary in Warrington - WA1, Warrington, 4th February 2020

A customer called Lockforce Locksmiths Warrington after returning home and thought they had knocked the snip on the front door when leaving the house. When we arrived we asked if we could try around the back to gain non destructive entry to save the customer cost on replacing the locks. When we went around the back of the property we noticed the window was smashed and the house had been burgled. The burglar had opened the door through the smashed window with keys in the back of the door and went through the house and put the snip on the front door. We then waited for the police to arrive and upgraded the customers locks and boarded the window to keep the property safe until the customer could replace the smashed window. It's never nice being at the scene of a burglary, and the customer was very grateful we waited and supported them through this difficult time.

Rear Patio Door Won't Lock, Failed Mechanism - WA5, Great Sankey, Warrington, 16th January 2020

This evening a landlord received call from their tenant. The tenant was unable to lock the rear patio doors due to a failed multi point mechanism. The landlord called Lockforce Locksmiths Warrington and we arrived shortly after. We were able to repair this issue within the first visit and realign door to prevent this happening again. The landlord was particularly pleased that he didn't have to leave his home to attend to this issue, he was able to stay in the comfort of his own home while Lockforce Locksmiths Warrington took care of the failing lock mechanism!

5 lever mortise dead lock failed in Grappenhall - 12th October 2019

Job: Customer was unable to gain entry due to 5 lever mortise dead lock sticking, key would not turn. Solution: Lockforce locksmiths Warrington were able to gain non destructive entry to the property and upgrade the faulty lock to a British standard 5 lever mortise dead lock.
 

Left keys inside property in Burtonwood - 29th October 2019

Job: Customer had left the property without keys and the door locked behind them. Solution: Lockforce Locksmiths Warrington managed to pick the door lock getting the customer back into the property without causing any damage to the door or the lock meaning they could use the original keys.

Customer unable to lock door in Grappenhall– 9 May 2019

A customer contacted Lockforce Locksmith Warrington as they were struggling to lock their door. On arrival I identified the problem to be a faulty cylinder. The cylinder was removed from door without causing any damage and it was replaced with an anti-snap cylinder for added security. Before leaving the customer also advised that they had lost their garage keys. I was able to replace the garage lock and leave the customer with five new keys for each door.

New locks for a barber shop in Lymm (WA13)

Lockforce Locksmiths Warrington were called to a barbers that needed their locks changing as they were unsure who was holding the existing keys. I attended the same day and changed the locks to British Standard BS3621:2007 5 lever mortice sashlock with 3 keys. I left a very happy customer.
