Recent Jobs

Have you ever had that moment where something just doesn’t feel right about a neighbour? March 2026

I had a call this week from a repeat customer in the KT area. Their neighbour hadn’t been seen or heard from overnight and the family couldn’t get into the property to check on him. They were understandably worried. As a retired police officer, I know how important it is to act quickly when something doesn’t seem right. I attended and gained entry to the property so the family could check on him. Inside we found the gentleman collapsed on the floor in diabetic shock. Thankfully we were able to get help quickly and I stayed with the family until the ambulance crew arrived. Moments like this are a reminder that sometimes this job isn’t just about locks. Sometimes it’s about being the person who can help when people are worried and don’t know what to do next. For peace of mind, I’m DBS checked and a member of the Master Locksmiths Association (MLA), so when people need help in an emergency they know they’re dealing with someone trusted. Really glad I could help in a difficult moment this week.
