Today, Lockforce Locksmiths Weybridge helped an Elderly customer in Addlestone after a rogue "locksmith" had attended and tried to charge an extortionate price. The customer had an aluminium porch door, the simple Sash lock latch had become stuck and was no longer holding the door closed. After identifying that some retaining screws had come loose, we were able to tighten these avoiding any costly repairs! We were then able to make appropriate minor adjustments to the keep allowing the door to close properly and avoiding any future damage caused by the door swinging in the wind. Happy with this service the customer requested a New key safe installed for emergency access by carers. A new ark Tamo, Key safe was then installed and its function explained to the customer.
