Parts I supply and fit are covered by a 24-month guarantee. If a qualifying fault occurs with a supplied part or my installation, I will return to inspect the issue and carry out any covered repair or replacement without an additional charge for parts or labour.
The guarantee does not cover damage, misuse, normal wear and tear, alterations by third parties, or faults caused by other components or conditions outside my installation.

About Me - Meet Vicky Your Local Locksmith
Hi, I’m Vicky, and I’m the person behind the business.
I was born in Gloucester and now live in Quedgeley with my wife, Michelle, and our Springer Spaniel, Bailey.
Before becoming a locksmith, I spent 15 years working in commercial construction, including 10 years as a Project Manager specialising in aluminium doors, windows and curtain walling. This gave me experience with doors, locks, handles, closers and installation, as well as plenty of experience solving problems on site.
I’ve also renovated my own homes, taking on everything from kitchens and bathrooms to tiling, drylining and restoring a brick fireplace. I’m naturally practical, enjoy learning new skills and like figuring out how things work.
When I’m not working, I enjoy walking Bailey along the canal, camper van trips, live music and rugby. I’ve played hockey for Gloucester and Cheltenham and I’m also a black belt in kickboxing.
I’m hardworking, organised and straightforward, and I take pride in doing a job properly. Most importantly, I want my customers to feel safe and confident that their home or business is in good hands.

Lockforce attended Sainsbury in Cheltenham today as staff could not secure the warehouse doors, after inspection we found they had been hit by the food trolley and fixings had come away from the wall, also the emergency bar had been disconnected by the impact, were fixed the frame to wall and reassembled the emergency push bar until all is in working order.
