I was called out to a customer who was unable to open their rear door. After gaining entry to the door and inspecting the lock mechanism, I found that the gearbox had failed, preventing the door from operating correctly. I replaced the broken gearbox with a new one, tested the door to ensure it was working smoothly, and checked that the locking points were engaging properly. The customer was pleased to have the issue resolved quickly and to have full access to their rear door again.

I had a call from a customer who couldn’t open their door. After first inspection, I found the gearbox inside the mechanism had broken. So, I gained non destructive entry to the door. Then, I fitted a new gearbox and got the door working smoothly again by servicing the multipoint locking system. The gearbox had broken due to the door being misaligned, so while I was there I realigned it to the correct position too – one very relieved customer back in their home without any stress!

I was called out to a customer who had accidentally locked themselves out due to a self-locking door. The door had closed behind them, and they were unable to get back in.
