A returning customer contacting our locksmiths in Birmingham because he thought the lock had failed. It was actually the gearbox that had failed and needed to be replaced. We provided a temporary fix until the morning (the supplier was closed at the time of our visit). The next day we had the door all fixed and as good as new!

Lockforce Locksmith Birmingham were called out because a client was unable to lock their door. Following our inspection, we found that the gear box within the door was heavily damaged and needed replacing.  We were able to intall a new gearbox there and then and had the door operating back to normal. The customer was relieved that their door could now be secured and felt alot safer.

On inspection we quickly identified the source of the lock related problem and made a temporary fix to ensure the property was secure. Lockforce Locksmith Birmingham was called out after the customer had an issue relating to door alignment. On inspection in fact the door issue was a result of the anti-drill plate on the lock being installed upside down. This was fixed and now she was able to get key out of the lock.

Lockforce Locksmith Birmingham were called out by a lettings agents to attend to a garage door that had jammed. The company were soon to be selling the property in Chelmsley wood. We attended witihin the hour, freed up the jam, gained entry to the garage and then went about changing the lock for a new versa cylinder. All commercial customers are well looked after and we are keen to continue working with local letting agents in and around Birmingham.

Lockforce Locksmith Birmingham attended a callout today to a lady who could not unlock the door from within or outside the property. We picked the lock and had found a piece of the mechanism had broken off. We replaced the part with a 5 lever motice lock.

Faulty lock changed after some years for property in Castle Vale, B35,  12th August 2021
