A customer in Oxford, OX1 contacted Lockforce as they had previously had work done by us. The front door to their property was jammed in the locked position so the could not unlock the door. Door jammed locked in Oxford, OX4 - 27/04/2020

Lockforce Locksmiths Oxford were called by a customer who's door was seized in the locked position. Lockforce were able to open the door and after inspecting the locking mechanism a fault was found in the gearbox and handles. Lockforce Locksmiths Oxford fitted a new gearbox, new handles and a new anti snsp cylinder. The customer was happy with the look of the new handles and that their door was once again secure and usable.

Medication locked in Oxford, OX3 - 23/04/2020

Lockforce Locksmiths Oxford recieved a call from an Oxford care homd manager after a nurse snapped a key in a medication cabinet. Lockforce responded immediately and gained access in 5 minutes allowing essential medicines to be given to patients. 

Locked in Loo in Oxford OX1 - 19/04/2020

Customer called Lockforce Locksmiths Oxford as their flat mate was trapped in the toilet due to a faulty lock. Lockforce Locksmiths responded instantly and gained entry freeing the customer from the windowless bathroom. Although we are currently on Lockdown due to Covid-19 the customer was happy to be slightly less locked down thanks to Lockforce.

Lock Seized, Door Closed in Oxford - 09/04/2020

A customer called as his lock had seized with the key stuck in it and the door closed. After removing the key from the seized mortice lock, Lockforce locksmiths set about opening the lock. It was clear that this lock was beyond repair so Lockforce replaced it with a new British standard 5 lever lock. The customer can now secure their property and gain access when needed.

Lock Upgrades in Oxford - 08/04/2020

A customer called lockforce locksmiths looking to upgrade the security of their property, There has been an increase in burglaries in the Oxford area recently. Lockforce fitted two Ultion 3 star cylinder locks to the front and back of the property and fitted a rim lock to a summer house in the garden. We're confident that this customer now has some of the best protection against burglary available.

Locked out in Oxford, OX3 - 02/04/2020

Customer (a key worker under current lockdown conditions) called after returning home from work to find they had lost their door key. Lockforce were able to non detructively gain access to the property in minutes allowing the customer to get some well earned rest.

Faulty lock for domestic property in Oxford, OX3 - 28/03/2020

Customer called lockforce as their key would not unlock their door after they'd come out of coronavirus isolation for some exercise. Lockforce had the customer back in their home in 15 minutes and replaced the faulty lock to avoid the problem happening again.

Replacement Lock in Oxford, OX7 - 25/03/2020

A customer who was recommended to Lockforce by their neighbour needed a new mortice lock fitted as they had lost keys and were worried about the possibility of someone unwanted using them. Lockforce were able to fit a direct replacement for the lock which minimised time on site and inconveniance for the customer. 

Seized Multi point lock in Oxford, OX4 - 12/03/2020

Lockforce attended a customers property where the front door had seized in the locked position. Lock force were able to open the door and found that the system fitted to the door was discontinued. Lockforce were able to find and fit a suitable replacement leaving the customees front door usable and secure.

1 new cylinder and lots of keys in Didcot, OX11 - 04/03/2020

A well know legal firm called on Lockforce Abingdon to help them out when their cylinder lock started to cause problems on the main entrance to their Didcot office. Lockforce replaced the cylinder and cut 14 additional keys meaning the problem was solved in 1 visit and no lost time for the employees who otheewise would have had to spend time in a key cutting shop.

Cylinder replaced in Oxford - 17th February 2020

Lockforce Locksmiths Oxford recieved an emegency call to an OX1 address to replace cylinder locks after the customer realised a set of keys had been stolen. New locks were in place 40 minutes after the customers call leaving them safe and secure in their home. 

Jammed Door in Oxford - 10th February 2020

Customer called saying their door was jammed and locked meaning they couldn't use the front door, with a delivery of new carpets coming the following day they were keen to get the door opened as soon as possible. Lockforce locksmiths Oxford were able to free the door and leave the customer all set for an easy delivery of their carpets.

Locked out of flat in Oxford, OX3 - 3rd February 2020

Lockforce recieved a call from a customer who had become locked out of a flat they had only moved into that day. Lockforce Oxford were able to gain non destructive entry in 15 minutes and the customer was able to finish moving the final boxes into their new home.

Lock jammed in Oxford, OX3 - 21st January 2020

Lockforce Oxford recieved a call from a gentleman who's front door would'nt lock. Arriving within the hour Lockforce quickly Identified the problem with the multi point locking systems gearbox and gave 2 options for replacement of the system. We replaced the gearbox and upgeaded to a new anti snap cylinder leaving the customer able to secure their home again.

New lock fitted for commercial resident in Oxford - 13th January 2020

Lockforce Oxford were contacted by a business who required a lock for a door between their shop floor and staff area. The shop sells and repairs high end phones, laptops etc so a reliable and secure lock was needed to protect their stock. We fitted a coded digital lock which meant staff could easily access the area but customers were kept out. 

Lost keys for resident in Witney - 5th January 2020

Lockforce Locksmiths Oxford were called out by a customer after losing keys on a Sunday afternoon. Lockforce arrived and 20 minutes later the customer was back in their home. Lockforce then replaced the lock ensuring that the lost keys could not be used.

Night latch upgrade in Oxford - 27th December 2019

Lockforce Oxford recieved a call from  customer who wanted an upgrade from their tired and worn out night latch lock. We arranged a time later that day and fitted a new nightlatch for the customer who also requested we take a look at the alignment on their back door. This was checked and adjusted and further advice given.

A customer called with a rare item which they wanted unlocked. A Wurlitzer jukebox. Although lockforce are more used to homes and business premises we had the jukebox open in 20 minutes leaving the customer to load up their Christmas record collection.

Family locked out of home in Oxford - 11th December 2019

Lockforce Locksmiths Oxford were called by a family locked out of their home. After gaining entry we found that a failed part in the multi point locking system was the culprit. A new part was ordered and the door was secured while we waited for this to arrive and be fitted. 

Perseverane pays off for key jam - 1st December 2019

Lockforce Locksmiths Oxford were called by a customer stating they'd broken their key in the lock. Upon arrival it was clear this key really didn't want to come out, however, Lockforce Oxford persevered and had thd broken key removed and the customer back in the warmth of their home in no time. 

Staff locked out of restaurant - 27th November 2019

Lockforce Locksmiths Oxford attended to a call out from a high end restaraunt on the Oxford High Street. Staff were locked out and needed to prepare for a busy Sunday. Lockforce were on site in 20 minutes and gained entry through a high security door lock allowing the restaraunt to open for business.

Late night lock out - 21st November 2019

Lockforce Oxford responded to a late night call out from a lady locked out of her house in the Summertown area of the city. Non destructive entry was achieved in around ten minutes getting the customer out of the cold and safely back in her home. 

Entry gain for Lettings Agent - 14th November 2019

Lockforce Locksmiths Oxford received a call from a lettings agent who had lost the keys to a flat and had tenants due to move in the following day. Gained entry and replaced night latch lock. 

Lock Upgrade at RAF Benson - 15th November 2019

Lockforce Locksmiths Oxford received a call from RAF Benson, a digital lock had failed preventing a pilot from getting in and planning a flight he needed to complete for part of his licence qualification. Entry gained and new lock supplied and fitted.
