Lockforce locksmiths Ongar was booked in by a nearby customer who needed to change their lock before heading back north. We booked them in same day. We arrived to find a 1* cylinder in their door. We showed customer what options they had, and they went for our 3* cylinder. Customer happy with their new lock.

Lock mechanism repair - CM5 - 30/12/2023

Lockforce locksmiths Ongar was called out by a local customer who had a faulty locking mechanism. They had attempted to repair themselves removing parts which should never be touched. Luckily we arrived when we did to put back old mechanism and replace just the faulty part there and then. A new gearbox was needed which we stored in the van.

Gearbox replacement - CM5 - 18/07/2023

Lockforce locksmiths Ongar was called out by a local customer who had troubles with their rear door. It was failing to lock. We booked them in the same day and met them at the agreed time. We noticed the gearbox on this mechanism had failed and would need replacing. Due to this part being quite rare, we didn’t have it in the van however after making a few calls we managed to source a replacement and repair the door the same day. Customer very grateful we made such an effort to hunt down the part and repair their door the same day.

3* plus lock installation in Ongar - 03/07/2023

Lockforce locksmiths Ongar was booked in by a customer who just moved into their new home and wanted a good quality lock on their front door. After giving customer several options, customer opted for a 3* plus cylinder. 

Emergency entry gain for local shop – CM5 - 07/06/2023

Lockforce locksmiths Ongar was booked in by a customer who needed entry into their shop and a new lock as they were in process of closing down. On arrival to our surprise the customer explained someone had broken in to their shop, vandalised it and changed their locks. After checking customers documents that the shop belonged to him we began work. We gained entry for the customer and changed the lock. We also helped the customer fix where they had broken into. Customer very grateful we helped him before the day was out.

Non destructive entry gain – CM5- 02/06/2023

Lockforce locksmiths Ongar was called out by a customer who unfortunately locked themselves out their home leaving their keys indoors. Luckily, we arrived within 5 minutes as we were passing that area at the time. A couple minutes later the customer was back in their home.

Multipoint lock replacement - 25/05/2023

Lockforce locksmiths Ongar was booked in by a customer to replace their multipoint lock on their bifold door as it had failed. Originally, we fitted an overnight lock as we explained the door needed fixing by the original door fitters before any work was to be carried out. After work was completed, we arrived and installed the new mechanism. 

Non-destructive entry gain - 25/05/2023

Lockforce locksmiths Ongar was called out by a local customer to help them back in their home. Customer was doing some work outside and didn't realise they left keys on the internal side of their door. We arrived within 30 minutes and gained entry non-destructively a minute later.

Lockforce locksmiths Ongar was called out to a local customers home who was desperately in need to get back into their home as they had an occasion to go to. We arrived within 20 minutes to the customers delight and got the customer back in few minutes later. A Non destructive method was used to get customer back in their home. Customer very grateful and left an amazing review on Google
