Free home security survey Ascot, SL5 – 23rd February 2023
Lockforce Locksmith Ascot received a call from an elderly lady living in a beautiful bungalow, she wanted us to carry out a free security survey of her home. We happily obliged and arrived later that same day. From surveying all the doors and windows of the home we recommended that the basic door locks on the bungalow were upgraded to high security 3* cylinders. We in total changed 3-euro cylinders and keyed alike for ease of the customer.
New Night Latches for property in Ascot, SL5 – 30th January 2023
Lockforce Locksmith recently completed a job in Ascot where we changed 2 old, damaged night latches and upgraded to new high security night latches. The customer requested these to be keyed alike and 5 keys in total.
Unwanted access has been made to a property in Ascot, SL5 - 11th December 2022
A customer contacted us about an unwanted access that had been gained to their home and they wanted new locks installed. A new 1-star euro cylinder was fitted which came with standard 3 keys but then we cut a further 3 at the customer’s request. The locking system was also found to be faulty and this was replaced, to also smarten everything up some new Chrome handles were also fitted.
Locksmith Fixes Unlockable Back Door - Ascot, SL5 – 2nd September 2022
An elderly gentleman contacted Lockforce Locksmiths Ascot recently because he was having problems locking his back door. On inspection, we diagnosed the lock issue was due to a twisted cam on the euro cylinder. Our Busy locksmiths took out the cylinder and replaced it with a 3-star insurance approved cylinder. Whilst on site our Ascot Locksmith checked all other door and window locks and gave some advice to the property owner.
Emergency Locksmith Gains Access to Property With Non-Destructive Methods – Ascot, SL5 – 21st August 2022
Lockforce Locksmiths Ascot received a telephone call late yesterday evening from a local lady who had locked herself out of her house after losing her keys. Being nearby we attended within 15 minutes and surveyed the door. For our highly trained locksmith there was an easy fix. Using a letterbox tool, we unlocked the door from outside the property. The client was delighted to be back in their home so quickly and efficiently.
Locksmith Fixes Failed MPL – Ascot, SL5 8th August 2022
A customer couldn't close their patio doors, so they contacted Lockforce Locksmiths Ascot. Our local locksmiths identified the issue as a failed MPL, we proceeded to replace the old MPL with a new updated version. We also realigned the door and installed new handles on the UPVC doors at the same time.
Smart lock upgrade in Ascot, SL5 - 25th March 2022
Lockforce Locksmith Ascot carried out a smart lock installation for a customer who had been given our details by the manufacture of the smart lock. The customer had purchased the smart lock for their Airbnb property which would be rented out to many different people. They wanted to know that it would be safe and could be able to provide the customers with codes to enter the property. We removed old locking system from the door and placed the new smart lock into the door. Customer pleased there property is now secured for future rentals.
Patio Door re-alignment for a returning customer - Ascot, SL5, 11th January 2022
Lockforce Locksmith Ascot received a phone call from a previous customer about a set of new patio doors. we arrived at a time convenient for the customer and after inspecting the doors we quickly diagnosed the issue which happened to alignment. After a few tweaks the doors now work as they should. Customer was very happy with the outcome as doors were only a few months old.

Local Locksmith fixes MPL failure - SL5, Ascot, 14th November 2021
Our local Ascot locksmith was called to a customer who had suffered a door locking/unlocking failure, customer wasn't able to get into his property using his key. Lockforce locksmith Ascot did a thorough investigation into the issue and identified that the gearbox spindle had corroded away and it required a new multipoint (MPL). We're pleased to say, it's all working beautifully now, and the customer is very happy!

Lockforce Locksmith Ascot received a distressed call from a customer who was stuck and unable to get out of there bathroom door. We dropped everything and was on site within 20 minutes, after looking at the door we realised the handle had failed. We removed the handle and got the customer out quickly and in an instant had replaced the faulty item. Customer was happy to now be free.

An early morning emergency call out for Lockforce Locksmith Ascot to a customer who’s bathroom door lock unfortunately failed whilst they were inside. Lockforce Ascot arrived within 30 minutes to be greeted by a relieved family member. Broken lock on door which couldn’t be locked, Ascot, SL5, 13th September 2021
Lockforce Locksmiths Ascot were called out to see if we could sort out a lock which had fallen apart when trying to open the door. We found that the door had snapped at the anti-snap line for an unknown reason and needed to be replaced, which we did from our stock on the van. Customer extremley happy with the prompt service he received.
Digital Locks installed in Ascot, SL5 - 24th August 2021
Lockforce Locksmiths Ascot were recently called out to a local estate agents. The manager wanted four digital locks fitting to office doors and an additional thumb turn lock on the bathroom. Locked Out! Ascot, SL5 - 11th August 2021
Lockforce Locksmith Ascot were called out by a lady who had locked herself out of her house, the key had snapped and she did not have the back door key. We gained non-destructive entry to the home and set about fixing the issue with the lock. Due to the age and wear and tear we recommended a new gearbox and cylinder which was agreed by the client. Customer decided to upgrade all parts to British Standard parts for her insurance and better home protection. Another happy customer.

We attended a beautiful country property after being called by a customer who had supported our van whilst out bike riding. Attempted break in! in Ascot, SL5, 21/07/21
A customer called Lockforce Locksmith Ascot after having an attempted break in over night. Luckily for the customer it was only an attempt but it had really shaken the family up. Customer asked Lockforce Locksmith Ascot to change the lock and door handles for peace of mind. With a vast range of products on our van we upgraded the lock to a 3 star cylinder and upgraded the door handles with Yale replacement. Eviction in Ascot, SL5, 14/07/21
Lockforce Locksmith Ascot was contacted by a property owner who was trying to get their property back. The courts had granted them back the property and instructed them to take a bailiff and locksmith to the property on eviction day. Lockforce Locksmith Ascot attended and within 2 seconds gained entry and granted access to the bailiffs to enforce. Property owner now has their property back.
Window Repairs - Ascot, SL5 – 29/06/2021
Today a repeat customer contacted our Ascot Locksmith. The customer was unable to open several windows in her home, which had not been used in quite some time. On arrival, our technician found the windows had become stuck. We were able to free the windows with no damage occurring to the frames. After full evaluation of the windows complete, our Ascot Locksmith found that the locking mechanisms of the windows had failed. Our technicians carry a variety of spares on hand and were able to make the necessary repairs to the windows, in a single visit! Customer was very relieved to have fully operational windows once again!
Lost keys in Ascot, SL5, 26/06/21
As we find all too often, when keys go missing, after much searching, a locksmith is usually the next port of call. This is what happened today, after a customer had locked herself out of her home after walking the dog across the nearby fields. Retracing her steps did not help find the keys and she was left with no alternative but to call in the professionals. Thankfully, our Ascot locksmith was able to gain entry using non destructive techniques, and the customer was able to retrieve the spare key from the inside.

Lockforce Locksmiths Ascot were called to a man who owned a terraced house in Ascot. His issue was that the front door was not locking. I went about and cleaned up the mortice install and undertook a bit of chisel work and had the door back working as normal. The customer was extremely happy that he didn't need a knew lock change.

Jammed Shut in Ascot, SL5 - 05/03/21
Lockforce Locksmiths Ascot received a call from a customer requesting we come out to dislodge a door. It had become stuck in a locked position. Upon inspection of the door our technician found that the gearbox had failed due to the poor alignment of the door, the door was then freed without any damage occurring. Due to the wide range of parts we carry our technician was able to complete the work in a single visit. The customer also decided to upgrade the security of her lock. Our technician installed an anti-snap euro lock and then realigned the door to prevent any future problems. The customer was very pleased with the service she received and her new higher security locks.

Lockforce Locksmiths Ascot was called to a property due to a customer not being able to gain access to her home. On arrival Lockforce Locksmiths Ascot detected that the fault was with the Winkhaus AV2 multi-point. Once the issue was known we was able to gain access to the property. We was able to resolve the issue and get the Multi-point working again. Another satisfied customer.

Lockforce Locksmiths Ascot received an emergency call out regarding a car lockout. A restaurant owner after closing up for the night, locked his keys in the boot of his new Mercedes convertible. Lockforce Locksmiths Ascot received a call about a customer’s front composite door which had failed locked and he was unable to open it due to lack of maintenance. Mark our Lockforce locksmith engineer released the mechanism and unlocked the door. He then stripped the mechanism down and serviced the parts, put together the door making it fully functional again. Lockforce Locksmiths Ascot received a call on a sunny Saturday afternoon from a customer who snapped his car key in the ignition of his Vauxhall Safira. Lockforce Locksmiths Ascot received an urgent call from a distressed principal of Heathfield School. They had lost the key to the safe and the spare was inside. FAILED MECHANISM REAR PATIO SLIDING DOOR - Ascot SL5, 24/2/2020
Lockforce Locksmiths Ascot was called to attend a situation where the customer had drilled the failed lock himself in attempt to fix the problem. As a result the gear box was damaged leading to the failed mechanism and insecure door. The door had been secured for the past week with a curtain pole. Mark, our Lockforce engineer, managed to source a discontinued mechanism and secure the door correctly, leaving a very relieved customer. Leave it to Lockforce, we’ll fix it properly!

Received a call from a customer in Ascot SL5 who had lost his keys and was stuck on his doorstep. We responded quickly and gained entry by picking the lock for the customer. Non Destructive Entry into Property in Ascot - 12th August 2019, SL5
Emergency call out from a customer who was locked out of the home with a young baby inside. The customer had been unloading her shopping and the door closed unexpectedly. Lockforce locksmiths Ascot responded to the call immediately and gained entry non destructively within a few minutes to the relief of the customer.
